+ Does SIMBA PLAYER APP contain any channels?

SIMBA PLAYER APP and its administrators do not provide playlists or any content. We are not responsible for the content uploaded to our APP. Please do not buy the app if you don't have a playlist or media ready, as no channels are included after activation. Payments will not be refunded if you purchase the app without a playlist, or if something is not working due to lack of content.

+ My MAC address has changed after I switched to another connection type

Each TV has two MAC addresses (one for Wi-Fi, one for Ethernet). The second MAC is activated automatically after you switch connection type and restart the app. MAC addresses are unique to every TV and cannot be changed manually.

+ Can I change the background image of the APP?

Yes, under Settings you can find other themes.

+ Why can I not start the APP?

This is most likely related to your internet connection. Please check your connection before contacting your provider. Most issues are caused by connectivity, not by the provider itself.

+ Does SIMBA PLAYER APP have an EPG system?

No, the app does not have a built-in EPG system. However, if your provider has an EPG-ready system, it will work with our platform.

+ Why do I get "Stream failed", "Cannot connect", or "Buffering..." messages with my playlist that works on other devices?

Make sure all your stream links are active (not dead) and that codecs are supported by your TV. Every TV make and model is different and may or may not support certain stream formats:

  • Samsung: supported formats and codecs
  • LG webOS: supported formats and codecs
  • Android platform: supported formats and codecs
